*Sales Coordinator

Job Summary : 

We are hiring for a Sales Coordinator job in Vasai E, Chinchpada. Candidate should have a minimum of 2 & Above years’ experience, gender will be Female & age not more than 30 years, and have Qualification Graduate or BMS/MBA in Sales. This vacancy is for the Manufacturing industry.

Note - Job location will be Vasai Chinchpada and after 2-3 months shifting to Poman Kaman (with pick n drop bus facility from station)

Job Responsibilities : 
1.Handle complete backend sales coordination activities and ensure smooth execution of orders without field sales or targets.
2.Prepare, review, and finalize quotations; follow up with clients for approvals and negotiations.
3.Manage end-to-end client order lifecycle from sampling to dispatch, ensuring timelines are met.
4.Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts teams for efficient order processing and issue resolution.
5.Maintain strong client relationships and handle escalations or critical queries professionally.
6.Generate reports, track order status, and ensure proper documentation of all sales activities.
